Lead UX research at Meltwater using qualitative studies, quantitative analysis, and AI-enabled tooling within a hybrid work style. As Manager of UX Research, you will combine hands-on research with coaching one researcher. You will guide research across Meltwater’s SaaS platform, partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering. Your work will connect customer insights, UX metrics, and product decisions.
