We’re hiring: Sales & Business Development | Jugal’s Vancity

Jugal’s is a century-old family food business from Kolkata, now expanding in Vancouver. We’re growing our premium catering business and developing our frozen food line, and we’re looking for an experienced sales skilled to help us scale.

Our focus for 2027 is building a strong pipeline of corporate catering orders starting at CAD $8,000 and B2B partnerships for our frozen food products.

You’ll work closely with an outreach partner supporting prospecting and lead generation. Your responsibility will be to manage sales opportunities, build client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.

We’re looking for someone with proven sales experience, strong commercial judgment, and the motivation to work independently.



Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, catering, or food distribution is an advantage.

Compensation: Commission only, with no base salary. Earnings are tied to successfully closed business. Commission rates and payment terms will be discussed during the selection process.
