Loyal Homes is a Port Alberni real estate brokerage with high standards and a modern way of working. We use AI tools every day to run our back office, and we're building more. We have the vision and the technology covered. We need the person who makes sure the work gets finished correctly, every time.

What you'll own

- Transaction administration. Every accepted offer runs through a process we've built with AI. You run it, check every result against the source documents, and make sure nothing moves forward until it's right. Within your first few months, this process is yours.
- Our website. Publish new content every week and keep existing pages current. You'll start by checking, formatting and publishing what we give you, and over time you'll take on more of the writing.
- Our client database. Keep Follow Up Boss accurate and complete, so every agent can trust what they see.
- Listings and files. Enter new listings in Matrix, format market analyses for our agents, and keep every file moving.
- Projects. Work with us as we automate more of the office. Test new tools on real work, write down how things are done, and tell us plainly when something doesn't work.

This role fits you if you

- Are fast and accurate on a computer at the same time. Spreadsheets,



keyboard shortcuts and several windows at once are normal for you.
- Notice when something is off: a name spelled two ways, a number that doesn't match, a date that doesn't make sense.
- Like a clear process and follow it. When a process is wrong, you say so and help fix it.
- Would rather finish one thing completely than start five.
- Get real satisfaction from helping the people around you do their jobs well.
- Are comfortable learning new software, including AI tools. You don't need to be technical. You do need to be careful and willing to learn.

What this role isn't

This is not a management role. There are no direct reports, and it isn't reception. It's a focused seat for someone who likes to close the office door, put their head down and get a full day's work done.
