Maple Ag & Outdoor is a growing, locally owned dealership serving Yorkton and the surrounding area. We help customers find the right equipment and products for their farms, properties, homes, and outdoor lifestyles.

Our product lineup includes Kubota tractors and equipment, Husqvarna and Cub Cadet products, hay tools, hot tubs, saunas, and more. We’re proud of the products we sell, the relationships we build, and the service we provide to our customers.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Advisor / Product Specialist who enjoys meeting people, learning new things, and helping customers find the right solution.

This is a varied, hands-on sales role. You’ll work with customers who contact us or visit the dealership, while also reaching out to prospects, following up on opportunities, and building relationships in the community. You’ll have the chance to learn about and sell across our full range of product categories, so no two days are quite the same.

You don’t need to be an expert when you start. We’re looking for someone with some sales experience—or strong experience working with the public—who brings excellent customer service skills, curiosity, and a real willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers, understand what they need, and help them choose the right product or solution.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from customers visiting the dealership, calling, or contacting us online.
- Proactively contact leads and customers, follow up on quotes, and develop new sales opportunities.
- Learn and present products across Maple Ag & Outdoor’s full lineup.
- Build lasting customer relationships through knowledgeable, responsive service.
- Prepare quotes,



keep customer and opportunity information organized, and help move sales forward.
- Work with teammates across sales, parts, service, and other departments to create a smooth customer experience.
- Stay curious about our products, promotions, and the needs of customers in our area.

What We’re Looking For

- Some sales experience is an asset, but we’re open to someone newer to sales who has the right attitude and ability.
- Experience working with the public and a strong customer service mindset.
- Clear, friendly communication and confidence speaking with customers in person and by phone.
- A strong willingness to learn products, sales skills, and our approach to serving customers.
- Initiative and comfort following up with customers and reaching out to new prospects.
- Organization, dependability, and the ability to manage several customer conversations and opportunities.
- An interest in equipment, agriculture, outdoor power products, recreation, or helping people make good buying decisions.
