- Coordinate artists, supervisors, producers, and clients.
- Track versions, reviews, feedback, and approvals using Frame.io and ftrack.
- Monitor production progress, resources, and potential risks.
- Improve workflows and explore AI-assisted tools and automation using Codex.

What We’re Looking For

- 2-5 of experience in VFX production, post-production, or a similar creative environment.
- Hands-on experience with Frame.io and ftrack or similar
- Familiarity with Codex, Claude or similar AI-assisted workflow tools.
- Strong organizational,

communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, adaptable approach to managing multiple projects in a start-up environment.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with compositing, CG, animation, editorial, and post-production pipelines.
- Experience with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Calendar.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, resource forecasting, and client reporting.
- Experience with scripting, workflow automation, or integrating production tools.
- An interest in emerging AI tools and their practical application in creative production.

We’re a boutique studio where attention to detail has a direct impact on the work we deliver. You’ll help establish reliable standards for our final outputs and work closely with artists and production to keep deliveries organized, consistent, and on time.

Please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your VFX or post-production experience, your familiarity with Frame.io and ftrack, and an example of how you have improved a production workflow or used automation to solve a practical problem to [email protected].
