Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Representative role based in Sydney, NS.

The Sales

Representative is responsible for engaging with customers in person, explaining Eastlink products and services, and recommending solutions that match customer needs. Daily tasks include prospecting leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales quotes, and processing new orders or service upgrades. The role involves maintaining accurate records in sales and customer management systems, following up on inquiries, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Representative also collaborates with team members and management to support promotional campaigns, stay current on product updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, uncover needs, and close deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical services in clear, accessible language.
- Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale or CRM systems, and comfort working with digital tools to manage leads and accounts.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Motivated, results-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing respectful, inclusive, and high-quality service to all customers.
- Previous experience in retail, telecommunications, or business-to-consumer sales is an asset but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is considered an advantage.
