ABOUT ATTN AGENCY
ATTN Agency (pronounced Attention Agency) is a boutique, growth-focused digital marketing agency trusted by e-commerce and DTC brands looking to scale profitably. We specialize in full-funnel growth across Google, Meta, TikTok, connected TV, Klaviyo, Postscript, and emerging platforms, with a laser focus on ROAS, new customer acquisition, and incremental revenue.
We don’t just run channels in silos. We build scalable systems for sustainable growth, and we’re selective about who we work with and who we hire. If you’re obsessed with performance, welcome home.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Account Manager to own the client relationship and bring our channel teams together across a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce and DTC brands. This is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of communication, strategy alignment, and project oversight.
As an Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact for your clients and the connective tissue between our channel teams. You own the relationship, the goals, and the budget conversation, and you make sure every strategist is working from the same plan.
This is not an in-platform role. You won’t be launching campaigns or editing ads and flows inside the channels. You will need a robust general understanding of paid social, search, video, and retention (email & sms) marketing so you can answer client questions with confidence, translate performance into plain language, spot where channels can work together, and know when to bring in the right strategist. This is not an entry-level role.
We need someone who has been here before, can lead without being managed, and is ready to take ownership of the client experience.
