Fully bilingual in English and French, to support Quebec-based stakeholders. Experience working in a matrix or head office environment. You will turn medical strategy into clear territory plans, and make sure your team has the coaching, structure and support to deliver them. Raise team excellence through continuous in-field coaching, performance management and rigorous onboarding standards. Oversee field operational excellence, including tactical plan execution,

You will join the Cardiometabolic team within Medical Affairs, where colleagues connect medical affairs, commercial strategy and business development across therapy areas to guide the Novo portfolio and strengthen competitiveness. Reporting to the Medical Director, you will lead a team of MSLs and work with Head Office colleagues and the Senior Manager, MSL colleagues covering other therapeutic areas. You will also partner closely with subject matter experts in the Medical and Field Excellence team, who support the field with insights, analytics, reporting and training. Your team works across Ontario and Quebec, and you will be the link that keeps field and Head Office moving in the same direction. The department is collaborative and cross-therapeutic, so you will share what works across therapeutic areas and help decisions turn into action. You will be trusted to make decisions, own the results and raise the bar for your team, with explicit performance expectations and a culture that recognises results. Working across Head Office, peer therapeutic areas and the field, you will build new skills through hands-on experience and continuous learning, and support your team to grow as well. Depending on the role’s level and other factors, the salary package may include short-term (STI) and/or long-term (LTI) incentives.
