Salary:
$43,800.12 per year We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate security personnel schedules across Regina and support other sites throughout Saskatchewan. Coordinate shift coverage and respond promptly to absences, schedule changes, and staffing gaps. Monitor employee hours, overtime, and timekeeping records using scheduling software.



Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment standards. Resolve scheduling concerns professionally and support management with administrative tasks. Identify potential staffing shortages and take proactive steps to ensure continuous site coverage. Experience scheduling security personnel is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
