Lead eReferral operations at The Ottawa Hospital using digital health expertise, stakeholder engagement, and people management across Ontario Health East of East. Reporting to the Director, the Manager oversees day-to-day eReferral program delivery and service quality. This position leads workplans, budgets, resourcing, and operational standards. The Manager expands OceanMD across clinical pathways and specialty clinics while aligning delivery with Ontario Health standards and provincial models of care.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
