Lead underground production at Vale Base Metals’ Creighton Mine in Sudbury, Ontario, with safety and operational performance at the forefront. Work onsite on a permanent 5/4 rotating day and night schedule. As Supervisor, Production, you will improve work team performance through established processes, procedures, and Vale safety standards. You will lead operations, monitor production and quality, coordinate resources, and support maintenance targets. The role requires industrial leadership, robust communication, risk awareness, and Microsoft Office experience.

Requirements:
Grade 12 education or GED equivalency Minimum three years of industrial leadership experience Underground work experience preferred Microsoft Office Products experience required Strong written, oral, and transparent communication skills Bring underground leadership, safety focus, and production coordination skills to Vale Base Metals’ Creighton Mine team in Sudbury.
