Warehouse Manager | Manufacturing Operations, Inventory & Logistics Leadership
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities within a quick-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring on-time customer shipments, and leading a high-performing warehouse team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, team leadership, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and distribution.
Manage the receipt of materials, components, packaging, and production supplies.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, customers, carriers, and transportation providers.
Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, documentation, and inventory transactions.
Lead daily shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods.
Supervise, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and warehouse associates.
Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation processes.
Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, material flow, and space utilization.
Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, quality, and safety.
Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to support operational objectives.




Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Qualifications
5+ years of warehouse leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing
Experience managing both inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP systems.
Experience leading teams in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
