About Us

Dar Rentals is a growing residential rental placement agency based in Montréal. We work with property owners and managers to connect prospective tenants with available apartments, making the leasing process efficient and professional.

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, reliable, and ambitious Leasing Agents who enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and want to build their income through performance.

Responsibilities

- Advertise available rental properties through online platforms and social media.
- Respond to prospective tenant inquiries and schedule apartment visits.
- Conduct professional property showings.
- Follow up with interested applicants and assist with rental applications.
- Communicate with property managers and the Dar Rentals management team.
- Maintain accurate records of showings, applications, and client communications.
- Help secure successful rental placements while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.




- Comfortable working independently and managing appointments.
- Ability to travel to rental properties throughout Montréal and surrounding areas.
- Smartphone and reliable transportation preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, sales, or customer service is an asset but not required.
- English and French proficiency preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- 40% commission + bonus on the agency’s collected placement fee for rentals you successfully complete.
