Shape AECOM’s electrical practice across Southwestern Ontario through team development, delivery planning, and leadership of complex infrastructure systems. As Electrical Department Manager, you will represent Kitchener/London within AECOM’s national electrical practice. The work spans medium-voltage and low-voltage distribution, lighting, life safety, communications, controls, and related systems. You will coordinate local, regional, national, and global teams while supporting sustainable, energy-productive solutions.

Requirements:

Licensed Qualified Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario Electrical design and delivery experience in consulting environments Eight relevant years with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent Technical expertise in medium-voltage and low-voltage systems Ability to lead effectively within a matrixed organization Bring electrical systems expertise, practice leadership, and multidisciplinary coordination to AECOM’s hybrid Southwestern Ontario team.
