Overview

Bilingual (French/English) Systems Trainer with solid experience delivering system training and providing user support across ERP, HRIS, CRM, Salesforce, and LMS platforms. Proven ability to develop and deliver practical, hands‑on training that helps employees use workplace systems confidently and effectively.

This role combines instructional material design with content development, requiring strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning experience that supports successful system adoption.

Change management experience — particularly Prosci certification — would be considered a strong asset.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual (French/English) is mandatory.
- University degree or college diploma plus 5 years of experience providing systems training and user support.
- Excellent French/English verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid content‑development and instructional‑design capabilities for creating effective training materials in French and English
- Ability to deliver clear, engaging system training to diverse audiences.




- Prosci Change Management certification considered an asset.

Duties

- Warm, friendly, and patient personality with strong engagement skills to support users at all levels.
- 3–5 years of experience delivering system training on ERP, HRIS, CRM, Salesforce, and/or LMS platforms.
- Experience with change‑management methodologies (Prosci or equivalent).
- Design, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and learning activities using instructional design principles.
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions; apply strong teaching, public‑speaking, and presentation skills to explain system processes clearly.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, gather learner feedback, and track training data.
- Partner with IT, HR, and change‑management teams to align training with system updates, business processes, and employee needs.
- Ensure colleagues adopt systems confidently through clear, timely, and practical training.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
