A Shift Manager, reporting to the General Manager will assist in managing a Jimmy John's restaurant to provide exceptional customer service and the attainment of agreed upon sales and profit goals, working within the framework of company values and policies.

Responsibilities:

- Execute Systems daily to insure a clean, organized restaurant
- Provide outstanding product and service




- Assist in providing Team Members with the appropriate training to provide outstanding product quality, friendliness, cleanliness and food safety
- Assist in leading team members and ensuring they are following all procedures
- Ensure every guest leaves happy and all complaints are resolved timely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of service throughout the operational day
- Operate in accordance with established performance, profits and operating standards
- Attain the restaurant’s Annual Operating Plan Experience

Qualifications

- 6 months of experience in the restaurant or retail industry
- Clean criminal record background
