Beyond hiring, you’ll run onboarding, plan the events that bring our team together, and keep our HR operations running smoothly. You’ll also work closely with our HR Manager on improving our processes and rolling out our new HRIS. Recruiting & onboarding (~70%) Run full-cycle recruitment with the HR Manager and hiring managers, from intake to offer Build a strong talent pipeline for the roles we hire for today and tomorrow Help grow our employer brand on social media and at recruiting events Manage probation reviews and follow up with managers and employees Help shape a positive,
