Coordinate food and artisan Vendors for the Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival using robust communication and hands-on site logistics. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends. The Vendor Assistant reports to the Festival Production Manager and Interim Operations Director. This contract supports Vendor hospitality, client care, and event-detail execution before and during the Festival. Monitor Vendors and address their needs during the Festival Distribute pop, water, ice, and agreed goods Inspect equipment and sites, then complete the final report Comfort working outdoors in varied weather Comfort walking and standing throughout most shifts Support Festival Vendors through thoughtful hospitality, accurate logistics, and collaborative event coordination at Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival. #
