We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and patient Personal Support Worker to support a friendly, non-verbal 19-year-old young man with special needs who connects wonderfully with positive, warm individuals.

Schedule & Location

- Hours: Saturdays (adaptable timing), 7 hours per week
- Location: Derry Rd & McLaughlin Rd, Mississauga

Responsibilities

- Provide complete personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting assistance, feeding, and hygiene support.
- Handle care independently with patience, confidence, and respect.
- Assist with light exercises, mobility support, and outdoor walks.
- Provide positive companionship and encourage participation in daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping directly related to his care.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of PSW or caregiving experience.
- Current CPR certification.




- Vulnerable Sector Police Check clearance.
- $2 Million Commercial General Liability insurance coverage.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Strong rapport-building skills with a positive, encouraging approach.
