This position liaises with Territorial Representative and Agent offices throughout the territory to ensure services provided on behalf of Yukon Motor Vehicles comply with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.



Experience providing customer service in a high traffic/high volume regulatory environment; Experience interpreting policy and providing advice; Experience administering training and guidance; Experience using networked and personal computer applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel). Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered. The ideal candidate will possess these qualifications, skills and knowledge, but also demonstrate suitability for the role and organizational culture. Ability to provide exceptional customer service; Experience with financial transactions and cash reconciliation process; Ability to understand and explain legislation and policies; This is a designated position within the Yukon public service which requires the following job
