This strategic leadership opportunity will shape organizational readiness, stakeholder adoption, culture transformation, and long-term business success, impacting more than 25,000 employees worldwide. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive sponsors, HR, Talent, Technology, Communications, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and stabilization of a major enterprise platform transformation. Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategies Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations Build solid relationships with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders Develop governance frameworks, change roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies Drive organizational readiness planning and adoption activities Create executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications Monitor adoption metrics, business readiness,



and organizational risks Support implementation activities and post-launch stabilization efforts Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree considered an asset ~8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Business Readiness, or Transformation leadership ~ Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives at a Director or senior leadership level ~ Proven success driving large-scale enterprise implementations, including LMS, HR Technology, Talent Platforms, or Digital Transformation programs ~ Stakeholder Management ~ Business Transformation ~ LMS or Talent Management Platform implementation experience Experience leading culture transformation, mindset shifts, and enterprise behaviour change initiatives Lead a highly visible enterprise-wide transformation initiative Make a lasting impact on a major business transformation program You have successfully led organization-wide transformation initiatives, excel at influencing senior stakeholders, and possess the leadership skills needed to drive adoption, readiness, and lasting business change.
