Use English and French communication skills while keeping McGill University kitchen utensils, equipment, and areas clean. This is a variable-location position. As a General Helper with Student Housing & Hospitality Services, you will work under a Dining Hall Supervisor or Chef. The temporary part time assignment runs from August 22, 2026, through April 30, 2027. Work may occur during day, evening, or night schedules, including weekends, according to operational needs.

Clean cooking utensils used in dining hall operations Maintain cooking equipment according to assigned tasks Keep kitchen areas clean and orderly Follow direction from the Dining Hall Supervisor or Chef Work at assigned McGill dining locations as needed
Requirements:
High School Leaving Diploma Three months of related experience Good communication skills English and French communication, reading, and writing ability Availability for variable hours and weekend schedules Apply your related experience and bilingual communication skills to kitchen equipment, utensil, and area cleanliness at McGill.
