Support seniors’ health at AgeCare Walden Heights in Calgary as a regular full-time Licensed Practical Nurse. Apply leadership, coaching, and clinical care skills. Reporting to the Director of Care, this LPN delivers planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care. You will collaborate within an inter-skilled team, maintain current assessments and plans, and communicate changes. Care follows provincial standards, Resident Care requirements, and AgeCare policies.

Requirements:
Practical Nurse Diploma Current registration in the applicable province Membership in good standing Three or more years supporting seniors’ health Leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills Use your seniors’ health experience, leadership, and care planning expertise to support AgeCare residents and families with dignity.
