Alberta Health Services is seeking a Team Lead, Time and Labour Operations to oversee payroll timekeeping for 130,000+ employees across Alberta. You will lead a ~16-person team, manage daily time entry, and ensure data integrity between WFM, Telestaff, and PeopleSoft.

The role requires solid leadership, governance of collective agreements, and collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners to meet deadlines and quality targets.
