- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service to ensure a positive Fun Park experience.
- Monitor trampoline courts, play areas, and other attractions to ensure guests follow established safety rules and procedures.
- Actively supervise assigned areas, identify potential safety hazards, and respond promptly to unsafe behaviour.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process admissions, party bookings, merchandise purchases, and other transactions accurately.
- Assist guests with completing waivers, purchasing admission passes, and understanding attraction rules and guidelines.
- Provide information about Fun Park's attractions, birthday party packages, promotions, and special events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including attractions, seating areas, and common spaces.
- Assist with birthday parties, group events, and other scheduled activities as required.
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to supervisors or management when necessary.
- Follow established opening, closing, cleaning, and operational procedures.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, incidents, and maintenance requirements to management promptly.




- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations, particularly during busy periods.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable workplace health and safety requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain attentive, proactive, and responsible in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfortable interacting with children, families, and guests of all ages.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic cash-handling and computer skills are an asset.
- Previous customer service, cashier, or recreational facility experience is an asset but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
