Sales & Front Desk RepresentativeJob Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Sales & Front Desk Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling front desk operations, responding to customer inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting class registrations and sales.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating with parents and customers, comfortable speaking on the phone, organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk administration is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about swimming programs, schedules, pricing, locations, and registration options.
- Follow up with new leads by phone, email, and text to encourage registration.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and update lead status in the CRM.
- Assist customers with registrations, payments, scheduling, and account questions.
- Promote available programs, trials, private lessons, and seasonal sessions.
- Support sales and enrollment goals by converting inquiries into registrations.
- Welcome parents and students at the front desk and provide a friendly, professional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information, registration records, and notes in the CRM and scheduling systems.
- Coordinate with supervisors and instructors regarding class availability, student placement, and scheduling.
- Assist with make-up classes, schedule changes, cancellations, and other customer requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments when required.




- Support daily office administration, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Communicate professionally with parents, staff, instructors, and management.
- Assist with other office and customer-service duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, front desk, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with customers and leads.
- Confident and friendly when speaking with parents and customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and general office software.
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, or customer management systems is an asset.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate programs.
- Professional, reliable, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a swimming school, recreation, or children's program is an asset but not required.

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
