Permanent opportunity - Our client which is centrally located in Mississauga (on bus route) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate and Certified Forklift operator to join their small fast paced setting. This position requires hands-on warehouse order picking/packing experience with shipping and inventory control and cycle counting, and back up customer support.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of warehouse experience, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and experience operating a counterbalance forklift and Raymond reach truck (CB & RR). Comfortable using computers, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with customer service and logistics as needed.

Responsibilities

- Perform order picking, packing, and preparation for shipment to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Operate counterbalance forklifts and Raymond reach trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assist with incoming shipments, receiving, and material handling.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory documentation.
- Provide backup support for logistics coordination and customer service, including order processing and customer inquiries.
- Complete general administrative tasks and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Working hours: 8am - 4pm 1/2 hr lunch
- Benefits after 90 days probation

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Experience operating a counterbalance forklift and Raymond reach truck (CB & RR) is required.
- Valid,



relevant forklift training/certification and a demonstrated commitment to safe equipment operation.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and handle heavy items safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
