Training : 10% of your time. Provide expertise during site assesments on lockout tagout, confined spaces,



fall protection and respiratory protection; Carry out risk assessments and apply safe work procedures in order to deliver safe training; Act as a key health and safety resource for both internal teams and external clients; Conduct safety audits and hazard assessments on customer sites that comply with OHS regulations and industry best practices; Provide health and safety training (10%) to customers, either at the SPI training center or on the customer’s premises; Contribute to the development and improvement of training programs; Contribute to the development and improvement of health and safety practices, assessments and documents; Maintain a high standard of quality and expertise; Travel by car or plane to customer sites in the region or out of town. Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation required; ~ Diploma or certificate in occupational health and safety; ~5+ years of experience as a Health and Safety Advisor; ~ Experience as a health and safety trainer, a definite asset; ~ Experience in working at heights, in confined spaces, in lockout/tagout and in developing health and safety procedures; Every day, our values guide our conduct to live in a respectful, honest, transparent and fair workplace .
