Deliver investment operations service for CIIS clients using exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Work onsite four days weekly at CI Financial’s Toronto head office. This 12-month fixed-term Investment Operations Associate role focuses on service standards and client relationships. You will support Introducing/Carrying Brokers and Portfolio Managers, investigate requests, troubleshoot recurring issues, and provide resolutions. Financial industry experience and registered accounts understanding support the work.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver superior service for email and telephone inquiries Build rapport with client organization functions Troubleshoot documents, options, and recurring issues Advise clients on product and service solutions Participate actively in regular client meetings

Requirements:
Minimum two to three years in service roles Previous financial industry experience Understanding of custodial and clearing businesses is an asset Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills French fluency is considered an asset Bring client service, financial industry knowledge, and explicit communication to CIIS investment operations at CI Financial.
