We are seeking a reliable and experienced Restaurant Manager and Cook to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and prepare high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise staff and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
- Prepare and cook shawarma, wraps, rice, platters, and other menu items.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Monitor food inventory, supplies, and minimize food waste.
- Follow food safety, food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and restaurant.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure timely food preparation and excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience in restaurant operations and commercial cooking.
- Experience preparing shawarma or Middle Eastern cuisine is an asset.
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to supervise staff and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork,



communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Physical Job Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry food supplies and kitchen items safely.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive kitchen tasks.
- Ability to work in a hot kitchen environment and operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Ability to maintain a steady pace during busy service periods, with reasonable accommodations where required.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
