Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Banquet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

*Function Room set up and tear down based on Banquet Event Order and all other areas as needed

*Deliver and present food and beverage in a professional and inviting manner

*Perform all opening and closing duties in timely manner
*Maintain cleanliness of equipment throughout our work areas

*Available for weekdays & weekends depending on business needs

*Cleanliness, condition, presentation, service delivery,



and ensure that “Every little things” are always a priority.

Requirements:

1-2 years Food & Beverage service experience
Must have Pro Serve certificate
Must be in good physical condition – able to carry up to 50lbs
Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be responsible and reliable
Must have strong English communication and organizational skills
Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization
