As an hourly contract IAM Analyst, you will support AI research labs through expert identity security analysis. Work remotely for 10–40 hours weekly, analyzing IAM, SSO, RBAC, zero trust, and access control scenarios. Your feedback helps train and evaluate frontier AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios
- Identify misconfigurations, weaknesses, and risk patterns
- Classify permission issues and privilege escalation paths
- Evaluate zero-trust access design decisions
- Generate realistic identity security training scenarios

Requirements:

- 2+ years’ hands-on IAM, SSO, or identity platform experience
- Understanding of RBAC and least-privilege principles
- Knowledge of access review processes and identity failures
- Ability to explain complex security concepts precisely
- Independent approach to task-based assignments
