Emile Corporation is a fast-growing logistics and parcel delivery company. We are looking for a Full-time Logistics Operations Coordinator to support our daily delivery operations, driver recruitment, and communication.

This is a hands-on position suitable for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Details

- Schedule: 5 days per week, rotating between morning and evening shifts

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Peak Season: Evening shifts may occasionally extend to approximately 2:00–3:00 AM depending on operational needs

- Probation: 1 month
- Pay Frequency: Semi-monthly
- Location: In office

Responsibilities

Driver Recruitment

- Post contractor driver job openings on job boards, social media, and community groups
- Review applications and arrange interviews
- Communicate with candidates regarding job requirements, pay structure, delivery areas, and expectations
- Coordinate new driver onboarding and training
- Help maintain a sufficient driver pool during busy periods

Daily Operations

- Coordinate with drivers regarding daily delivery operations
- Follow up on shipments, returns, and delivery issues
- Monitor and resolve problem orders
- Respond to driver calls and messages and provide operational support




- Communicate with warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist the supervisor with other logistics and administrative tasks

Experience

- Fluent in Chinese and English – able to communicate with drivers and candidates in both languages
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, recruitment, or office coordination is an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow up on tasks independently
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Willing to work on-site and adapt to a flexible schedule
