Job Overview

- We are seeking a dependable Cleaner to help maintain clean, orderly, and welcoming spaces.
- This role involves routine cleaning and upkeep, following established procedures, and using cleaning products and equipment safely.
- Applicants with custodial experience or commercial cleaning experience are encouraged to apply. Training may be provided on site-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain assigned rooms, common areas, and other spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and frequently touched areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and report maintenance needs.
- Collect and dispose of waste and recycling according to site procedures.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and follow applicable instructions.
- Keep cleaning supplies and work areas organized.




- Report safety concerns, damage, or supply shortages to the appropriate supervisor.

Skills

- Cleaning skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions, routines, and safety procedures.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and treat building occupants respectfully.
- Custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform routine physical tasks, such as standing, walking, bending, and handling cleaning supplies.

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
