We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead staff, manage inventory, and ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, hands-on warehouse management experience, and a proven ability to maintain a safe, productive, and organized operation. The role requires a physically capable and solid individual who is comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment and handling materials when required. Strong forklift experience and a valid forklift licence/certification are required. Bilingual English/French communication skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Manage inventory and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy
- Organize warehouse space for safe and efficient storage
- Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve operations
- Operate and supervise the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
- Ensure forklift operators are properly trained and licensed/certified
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Use Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and LightSpeed

Skills & Qualifications





- Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Strong hands-on forklift operating experience
- Valid forklift licence/certification
- Physically strong and capable of performing hands-on warehouse duties and material handling when required
- Experience supervising material-handling equipment and warehouse staff
- Experience with inventory control, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- LightSpeed experience is an asset
- English/French bilingualism is an asset

Compensation & Schedule

- Base salary: $70,000 per year
- Performance-based bonuses and salary increases available, with total annual compensation potentially reaching $100,000
- 5–6 days per week, depending on operational needs
- Opportunity for career growth and increased compensation based on performance
