About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Junior Technician to assist our senior technicians with installing and servicing water softeners, drinking water filtration systems, and other water treatment equipment.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, follows instructions, and is eager to learn. Previous water treatment experience is not required—we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior technicians with equipment installation, maintenance, and service.
- Load, unload, and safely move water softener tanks, tools, and supplies using appropriate equipment and team assistance.
- Prepare tools and materials before each job.
- Learn to assemble equipment, connect components, test systems, and check for leaks under supervision.
- Keep work areas, vehicles, and tools clean and organized.
- Help with warehouse duties and equipment preparation as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and treat customers’ homes with care.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.





What We’re Looking For

- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take direction.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving equipment safely, bending, kneeling, and working in basements or utility rooms.
- Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is an asset.
- Plumbing, construction, maintenance, or installation experience is helpful but not required.
- A valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to job sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
