Lead Dental Assistant – High-Energy Team Player & Future Leader

What You’ll Do

- Lead by example: Take ownership of the dental assisting role and help create a positive, productive, and team-oriented environment.
- Chairside assisting: Provide efficient, attentive support to the dentist during dental procedures while anticipating clinical needs.
- Create an exceptional patient experience: Build rapport with patients, help them feel comfortable, and ensure they feel valued and cared for at every visit.
- Maintain accurate patient records: Update charts, clinical notes, and patient information accurately and consistently.
- Sterilization and infection control: Maintain high standards of sterilization, instrument processing, and operatory cleanliness.
- Keep the schedule moving: Help manage patient flow, prepare operatories, and ensure the clinical day runs efficiently.
- Manage appointments:



Schedule patients for their next appointments and help ensure appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.
- Support the team: Communicate effectively, stay one step ahead, and contribute to a smooth and organized workday.
- Look for opportunities to improve: Bring ideas, take initiative, and help us continually improve our systems, patient care, and overall practice experience.
