We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Field Sales Representatives. This role is a great opportunity for candidates interested in developing sales, communication, and customer relationship skills in a field-based environment.

No previous sales experience is required. Successful candidates will receive training and ongoing guidance to help them understand our products and services, communicate with potential customers, and develop effective sales techniques.

This is a commission-only position with earnings based on individual sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with prospective customers in assigned territories to introduce and explain our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant product or service information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow established sales processes and represent the company professionally.
- Work toward individual sales goals and track sales activity.
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the sales team.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing sales development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and apply sales techniques.




- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment and interacting with customers in person.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- A valid driver's license is preferred where applicable.
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation and Training

- Compensation: Commission only; earnings vary based on individual sales performance.
- Potential earnings: Average weekly earnings may be approximately $1,500, depending on sales results. Actual earnings are not guaranteed and may vary.
- Training: Product education, sales training, and ongoing mentoring.
- Development: Opportunities to build sales experience and develop professionally.
- Team environment: Collaboration with team members and participation in team meetings and development activities.

Position Details

This is a field-based, commission-only sales prospect. Candidates should be comfortable with performance-based compensation and direct customer interaction.
