Job Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse distribution by moving, picking, packaging, and preparing goods for shipment. The role involves operating material-handling equipment, completing accurate order fulfillment, and helping maintain an organized flow of products through the facility.

Responsibilities

- Pick and package orders accurately, using an order picker and warehouse management system as needed.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Support shipping and receiving, verify product movement, and maintain transparent records, including in AS400 where applicable.
- Assist with warehouse distribution and manufacturing workflows, applying mechanical knowledge to identify equipment or handling concerns.

Requirements

Required: Practical ability to perform order picking, packaging, load and unload tasks, and heavy lifting while following safe equipment-handling practices. Basic computer skills and attention to detail support accurate records and warehouse management system use. Preferred: Warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, is valuable
