Duties
- Operate washing equipment to thoroughly clean vehicles according to company standards
- Assist customers with their vehicle cleaning needs, providing friendly and professional service
- Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay area, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for team members and customers
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and ensure timely service delivery
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thorough cleaning and quality control
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment operation preferred
- Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Prior experience in cleaning or customer service roles is a plus but not mandatory
