Role Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for creating an exceptional client experience while driving treatment and retail sales. This role involves educating clients on services and products, identifying opportunities to support their aesthetic goals, and helping convert consultations and inquiries into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage clients in a warm, professional, and approachable manner
- Educate clients on available treatments, skincare products, and service packages




- Recommend personalized treatment plans and retail products based on each client's needs and goals
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding consultations, appointments, and treatment plans
- Assist with converting inquiries into booked consultations and appointments
- Meet individual and team sales goals for treatments, packages, and retail products
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and services
- Support front desk operations and appointment scheduling as needed
- Uphold Aionios Med Spa's brand standards and commitment to exceptional client care

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, luxury retail, hospitality, aesthetics, or another client-facing sales role
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Results-oriented mindset with confidence in making recommendations and closing sales
- Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
