We're one of the biggest names in diesel performance, and we've built that by doing things a little different. We're a full-service diesel shop, a major online retailer for parts and performance products, and a hub for diesel research and development, all under one roof.

Currently we're looking for a front counter sales associate who knows diesel trucks, and has a knack for helping customers.

What you’ll actually be doing:

- Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, managing everything from quick parts pickups to more complex build consultations.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails, while prioritizing the needs of the customers currently at the counter.
- Research parts and verify compatibility to ensure every customer gets the correct components for their specific year, make, and model.
- Managing the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling payments, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Serve as the lead communicator between the customer and our warehouse or tuning teams to ensure order accuracy and technical troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For:

- Mechanical Aptitude: You need to know the parts you’re selling. Diesel experience is a massive plus, but a strong general automotive background is a must.
- We can train you in the finer details, as long as you have a good foundation.
- Communication:



The ability to translate technical jargon into plain English for the customer.
- Reliability: You’re the face of the shop. Showing up on time and ready to work is non-negotiable.
- Organization: You’re detail-oriented enough to catch a wrong part number before the customer leaves the shop.
