Location: Bolton, ON
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Availability: Weekends as required

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Bolton, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse and administrative experience, strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

- Perform general warehouse clerical and administrative duties
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse documentation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Use Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel for data entry, reporting, and record management
- Assist with filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management
- Ensure all records are accurate, organized, and up to date

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse workplace (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant




- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel is required
- Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be available to work weekends when required
- Experience using Scale 2022 software is considered an asset.

Additional Responsibilities

- Assist with warehouse floor activities when required
- Occasionally work on the warehouse floor to support daily operations
- Help coordinate between administrative tasks and warehouse activities as needed
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines

Compensation and Schedule

- Pay: $19.00 per hour.
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Location: Bolton, Ontario.
- Weekend availability may be required based on operational needs.
