Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations at our facility in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring efficient production processes that align with our company's commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.
This position would be Full time, 10 hour/day shifts, Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 3:00 AM. Overtime may be required on Fridays as needed. Shift rotation may also be required for coverage.

Main Responsibilities:

- Directly supervise production and warehouse activities and personnel, ensuring production and quality requirements are met and maintained to company standards.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, and workplace standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee shift operations in accordance with production schedules, ensuring the efficient use of manpower, equipment, and machinery.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination among management, production employees, and other supervisors.
- Monitor the shift for health and safety concerns and take appropriate action to address issues in a timely manner.




- Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving to ensure products and materials are properly handled and stored.
- Prepare, complete, and maintain production reports, records, and other documentation as required.
- Promote and maintain a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment.
- Conduct employee coaching, training and development, and performance management.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Production Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

- A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
