Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Staff to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for food preparation and handling. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our counter service.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for accurate change.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.




- Uphold food safety standards throughout all food preparation and serving processes.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on food service or barista roles being a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing accuracy.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during shifts.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
