- Friday, flexible shifts (typically 6:00 AM–6:00 PM) This is a seasonal role with Orientations beginning in September for clinics that are scheduled September through December. Compensation:



$23 to $35 per hour based on experience and licensure. Flexible, pick-up shifts that fit your lifestyle Work in assisted living and skilled nursing communities across Colorado Supportive, team-oriented clinic workplace Travel to a variety of sites—no two days are the same Administer vaccinations in onsite clinic settings Provide a welcoming, professional experience for residents Answer questions and deliver compassionate patient care Accurately document vaccinations in TRACK (EMR platform) Assist with clinic setup, breakdown, and team support Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse/Medical Assistant program or current, active Colorado license or EMT certification ~3+ years of LPN/MA/EMT experience ~ Experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing preferred ~ Ability to connect with elderly populations and support individualized care needs ~ Basic computer proficiency (EMR systems, email, etc.) ~ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic site
