SHOP FOREMAN
Complete Projects Ltd. is looking for an experienced individual to join our fabrication shop in Whitecourt, AB.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in pipeline and facility construction, hands-on industry experience, and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily shop activities and fabrication work.
- Perform and oversee threading, hydrotesting, and other shop operations.
- Assist with planning and prioritizing shop projects.
- Ensure work meets quality and safety requirements.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and shop personnel.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in pipeline and facility construction.
- Knowledge of threading, hydrotesting, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Previous supervisory experience is not required.
