CNC Machine Operator – Night Shift

Avery HR is hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators for immediate opportunities in Brampton!

Shift & Pay

- Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour + shift premium
- Training: Day shift for up to 8 weeks before moving to nights
- Position: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities

- Operate CNC lathes and milling machines (3-axis and 4-axis)
- Read blueprints and technical drawings
- Use measuring tools to check parts and maintain quality
- Adjust machine settings and change tools as needed
- Package and label finished parts
- Follow safety and production procedures
- Keep the work area clean and organized

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of CNC lathe and milling experience
- Experience with 3-axis and 4-axis machines




- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Manual machining experience is an asset
- Crane experience and ISO manufacturing experience are preferred
