Job Responsibilties

- Oversee daily operations of the daycare, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with licensing standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff; foster a supportive and professional work environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and curriculum.
- Manage budgets, enrollment, and administrative records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians through open communication.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the center’s programs and services

Qualifications





- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field.
- Current childcare certification/registration as required by provincial regulations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in childcare management or leadership.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of licensing requirements and childcare best practices.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
