Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced, versatile tradesperson who can take a job through completion and lead a small, motivated crew.

Our work includes fencing, gates, and exterior construction. We’re expanding into interior carpentry, residential and commercial renovations and demolitions, and other projects with the goal of keeping our crew working year-round.

The role

You’ll work alongside two enthusiastic workers. We need someone who can understand and explain the work clearly, teach good techniques, and maintain quality while the owner handles estimating and business development.

What we’re looking for

- Solid hands-on carpentry and renovation experience; fencing experience is an asset.
- Ability to assess a job, plan the steps, measure accurately, and prepare material lists.
- Confidence solving unfamiliar problems, with the judgment to ask questions when needed.




- Ability to work independently and keep a small crew productive.
- Reliable attendance, clear communication, and pride in finished work.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Sub contractors welcome

We value practical experience, sound judgment, and follow-through. The right person will have a meaningful role in helping build a dependable crew and expand the work we take on.
